Standard the frame and ram of the CMG and EO are equipped with exchangeable shearing knives. This eases the movement of the ram in the baling channel, thus ensuring less needed hydraulic pressure and less wear on side liners and bottom liner. These knives are made of a special premium-quality ferrous alloy. Because of this and due to the intelligent design, the knives have a very long lifetime when used in normal conditions. In case the knives have to be replaced, the new knives can be mounted without welding.Already since the 60s Balemaster Europe B.V. continually improve their baling presses to the latest technical state-of-the-art requirements. Key-lock system and other safety equipment

For the safety of your employees, our balers are equipped with a key-lock system. This system consists of a terminal with several keys which regulates the operation of the baling press. The keys can open different doors. Only when all keys are locked in the terminal, the baling press runs. In this way, staff occupied with maintenance or cleaning activities, cannot get injured by movement of the baler.

The feed chute door is equipped with a double safety: this door is locked with a second key which must be taken by the employee when entering the feed chute. Only when the employee has left the feed chute and installed the second key, the door can be closed again. Naturally the baler is equipped with several emergency stop switches and moving parts are protected by covers.

PLC control system, software program and full colour 10.4” touch screen

Offerte04 The baling presses is standard operated through a Siemens S7 PLC. The by Balemaster engineered software program gives you the possibility to monitor the activities of the baler through a 10.4” full colour touch screen and exchange information through an Ethernet connection.

The software program monitors the performance and activity of the baling press. Important details as automatic density system, oil temperature, pressure flow, bale length and number of bales are recorded and displayed on the screen. When due to lack of production the balers capacity is not used, the Balemaster baling press will automatically switch into stand-by mode, saving energy until the production provides sufficiently material, the press will than start baling automatically again. The baler and software are also standard equipped with the possibility to connect and operate other equipment of the waste management system. F.e. operation of conveyors and exhausters.

Offerte05 The touch screen program has several access levels, your employees can depending on their access clearance, read out or change adjustments and settings.In case of an error a quick and easy monitoring of the cause is possible: the screen shows the error message and its position on the baler. These errors are logged into a database for future reference.

Trunnion mounted main cylinder with swivel head

Offerte06 The main cylinder in our baling press is engineered as trunnion mounted and with a swivel head. The advantage of this design is a trouble free movement of the cylinder and it can use all required force on the ram and thus will be much less strained itself. Wear of the cylinder is minimalized and due to the bolted instead of welded connections the internal stress is better distributed.

Bottom plate/liner, side and top liners, frame

Offerte08 The bottom and sides of the ram are covered with highly wear-resistant material. The bottom plate guarantees the most evenly distributed floor pressure on the frame. Compared to ram rollers the floor of the frame is hardly stressed and less sensitive to wear. Grooving will be past tense! At the same time, we have adapted the frame design in order to improve the life-time of the baler; e.g. the baling channel of a CMG baler is welded instead of bolted and the EO baler has hinged density beams.

Inserter and twister

Offerte09 Inserter and twister units are characterised by a better accessibility combined with a proven sturdy quality. Cleaning the twister can easily be done by removing the cover with a key-lock key. By removing only four bolts the complete knife-assembly can be taken out for further maintenance and inspection. The twister hooks have, when used properly, a lifelong life-time. Tying and cutting the wire is done by the same electromotor, so less parts are used!
Offerte10 One large key-locked door gives access to the inserter unit for cleaning and maintenance. As the waste material isn’t in contact with the inserter or twisting area the pollution is for lower than a vertical tying system. The needles are chain driven and guided by rollers, they can easily be adjusted. The simplicity of the inserter in combination with the twisting unit makes this the most reliable tying-system available.

Side density system

Offerte11 The side density system is controlled and adjusted by the touch screen. The small and compact cylinders are optimal positioned along the bale channel in a way that all required pressure is evenly distributed. The reliability of this system is outstanding. Compared to a density system with only one cylinder, the Balemaster system still functions even if one density cylinder fails. Your production will not compromised.

 

Wire coil holder and wire guide

Offerte12 Baling presses can be delivered with two different wire coil systems:

45 kg “Brehmer” coils or with a 500 kg wire coil system.

Offerte13 Adjustable wire straighteners are standard for both options. The function of the wire straigthners is to make sure the tying system will operate properly f. Optionally there is a possibility to install a wire end indicator / rotation control.

Inserting the wire is a quick and easy job, the wire guiding is placed well accessible.

In addition to this “standard” configuration you have the possibility to choose more options in order to match the Balemaster baling press to your demands and wishes, e.g.:
